About Our Community
The Adaptive Cultures Community is a global community of leaders, change agents and culture practitioners. Our community is comprised of people both internal and external to organisations including facilitators, coaches, educators and transformation agents.
The community includes leaders and practitioners from ANZ Bank, Super Retail Group, Genworth Australia, Visy, 7eleven, OI, Telstra, Siemens, Boroondara, Yawaru, BUPA, LXRA, Konica Minolta, LION, AGL, NAB, Tasmania Hydro, Hollard, Australian Antarctic Division, and Vision Australia.
The community is led by a group of endorsed Adaptive Cultures Practitioners who have successfully applied Adaptive Cultures methodologies in their roles as leaders and culture practitioners and completed a 12-month Practitioner Development Program.
The Adaptive Cultures online Community is a respectful, confidential community of leaders and practitioners. It’s a space for purpose-driven leaders and practitioners to make connections, share challenges and successes and learn about how to evolve organisations through disruption.
