He helps clients leverage their innate compassion and wisdom to create humane and impactful workplaces.}

^{Terri is curious, insightful and passionate about helping organisations build cultures that help people flourish and thrive. Having held senior corporate Leadership, Culture, and Organisational Development roles across Australia and Germany, she now leads the Adaptive Cultures Insights Diagnostic practise and Adaptive Cultures Practitioner Development Program.}

_{DeAnna Burton is Risk Culture Practice Lead with Adaptive Cultures. She works with organisations to deepen the alignment of risk management, risk culture, and risk outcomes.}

 _{She has applied adaptive approaches to work as varied as culture integration for a complex merger, designing a risk culture framework and engagements to uplift risk culture maturity, engagement survey design, the design and facilitation of senior leadership development programs, and coaching.}

_{Simon is a dynamic facilitator with deep experience in leadership, change and culture. With 20 years working across small, medium, and large organisations, he leverages his lived experience as a change agent and culture practitioner to help leaders see the world differently. Simon’s unique mix of wit, humour, passion and assertiveness creates the space for people to evolve.}

_{Simon has completed an MBA, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is an endorsed Adaptive Cultures practitioner.}

^{Flavia is a Senior Consultant, Certified Coach, and Organisational Psychologist specialised in vertical leadership development, cultural transformation, and organisational change. For nearly 20 years, she has been supporting leaders from various industries (mining, financial services, retail, energy) to evolve into bigger selves, more flexible, and capable of dealing with the increased complexity, volatility, and uncertainty of today’s business environment.}

^{With over 22 years of international experience, Edgar is a consultant and advisor specialising in leadership, organisational transformation, and continuous improvement. He currently leads Pino Rojas Advisory & Consulting while also holding roles as an External Advisor for Bain & Company and Senior Associate Consultant for Adaptive Cultures. His focus lies in driving innovation in human resources and guiding organisations to success in a competitive business landscape.}
